Who We Are
We’re Martin Arnold, an award-winning multidisciplinary practice of Chartered Surveyors and construction consultants with over 25 years of experience working within the built environment. We work on projects across London, the Southeast and the Midlands for local authorities, housing associations and private developers in the residential, commercial, education and leisure sector, providing our expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
What sets us apart is our collaborative approach – we build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors and ensure our working methods are tailored to the specific project objectives and requirements.

Sustainability
We’re committed to ensuring our business operations have as little impact on the environment as possible. Internally we have a Sustainability Working Group who are constantly assessing our activities to help reduce our Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions. We also work with clients, contractors and consultants to implement sustainable practices into every project, delivering schemes which meet sustainability standards including BREAAM and Passivhaus.
