Graduate Schemes

Martin Arnold employ graduates and post-graduates with a passion for the built environment and mentor them onto the RICS accredited APC pathway. We enjoy great partnerships with Westminster, Greenwich and London South Bank Universities, where the majority of our non-cognate graduates study.

Using a flexible approach allows our graduates and post-graduates to balance professional duties alongside academic commitments which are usually part time. We also support distance learning students undertaking their Masters through various providers.

We offer excellent mentoring and project-based experience along with superb APC coaching and peer-based learning, enabling graduates to develop their personal leadership and delegation skills.

Martin Arnold is one of a few select companies actively involved in the University College of Estate Management’s Apprenticeship Scheme. The surveying apprenticeship encompass consultancy, quantity surveying, building surveying, commercial property surveying, valuation, planning and development.  This scheme is tailored to suit a part-time education route as we support apprentices in their academic goals.

Martin Arnold and UCEM joined a consortium of key industry employers to develop new standards for apprenticeships in surveying. We are unique in that we are the only industry specialist in building surveying within the consortium. This gave us the opportunity to align standards with the competencies of the RICS’ Assessment of Professional Competence.
