Retrofit Coordinator

Central to the requirements of the PAS 2035 standard, as Retrofit Coordinators we work closely with other PAS consultants and project teams to manage retrofit projects from inception to completion, through to post completion and evaluation. This includes:

• the dwelling assessment,
• the retrofit design; and
• installation (in accordance with PAS 2030).

Our experience as Chartered Building Surveyors enables us to effectively deliver the Retrofit Coordinator role and draw on our expertise as Contract Administrators, Employer’s Agents and Project Managers. In these roles, we have developed a proven track record of working with customers and engaging with multiple stakeholders whether that be clients, building owners or tenants/end users.
