Retrofit Contract Administrator

Our experience as Contract Administrator on projects adopting the PAS 2035 and BS 40104 framework has highlighted the enhanced skills required to fully understand, deliver, and where required, challenge the retrofit programme responsibilities and outputs.

We have upskilled members of our Contract Administration team to either qualified Retrofit Coordinators or otherwise suitably trained and competent to provide clients with an enhanced Contract Administration service, adopting expertise from both respective roles when working on Retrofit programmes.
