Using the expertise provided by both our quantity and building surveying teams, we combine the technical knowledge and cost experience of maintaining a building to provide a best value proposition for our clients. We deliver a variety of whole-life advice including advising on capital expenditure plans, maintenance strategies, LCC BREEAM Credits and whole-life cost option analyses, enabling our clients to plan their building’s life cycle.
