Design Team Management

In managing any Design Team, our goal is to achieve cognition between all consultants. We believe in taking a collaborative approach, where each consultant has the opportunity to feed into the design process all whilst working towards the client’s objectives and within their budget, programme and quality parameters.

Our coordination approach is based upon regular design team meetings and compliance audits at the end of each key RIBA stage, ensuring that the designs handed over to contractors are compliant and buildable.
