Our Resident Liaison function has become a much sought-after service and an increasingly vital component of Martin Arnold’s services. Our Resident Liaison Managers (RLMs) work closely with the client to ensure that resident requirements are met from commencement of works through to completion and beyond. We offer a supportive, friendly, and professional service that ensures residents are kept fully aware of all issues regarding their home, affording them every respect and consideration through consultation and understanding.
Our RLMs provide a balanced view and assess the demands and expectations of all parties involved. As customer satisfaction is at the heart of our business, we ensure that we offer an approachable, positive and professional attitude at all times. Attending regular site inspections, engagement events and home visits, our RLMs ensure that we achieve the highest standards of resident satisfaction possible.
