Martin Arnold are experienced Principal Designers and CDM Advisors with in depth knowledge of the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015 and all associated Health and Safety legislation. We are able to advise our clients on how to competently discharge their duties under the regulations, with detailed and easy-to-use processes and documentation that ensure co-operation and co-ordination between all members of the project team to help deliver a safe project.
Our team are members of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), with a wealth of experience and qualifications in Risk and Safety Management, as well as being members of the Association of Project Safety. As a multi-disciplined business, our Surveyors also benefit from being RICS members and have vast experience in advising clients, designers and principal contractors at all stages of a project’s lifecycle.
