The Building Regulations Principal Designer role is to plan, manage and monitor design work, and cooperate, coordinate and communicate to ensure the design work, if built, complies with building regulations.
Martin Arnold have a demonstrated history of effectively coordinating and working collaboratively with a wider design team to ensure that the project objectives are being met.
As a multi-disciplinary practice, Martin Arnold have extensive knowledge of the Building Regulations and are able to confidently help steer the scheme and its designers to ensure compliance.
