As NEBOSH-certified fire risk and safety management consultants and affiliate members of the Institution of Fire Engineers and the Fire Protection Association, we prioritise fire safety in every proposal we review.

We always use qualified and competent Fire Risk Assessors but, as Chartered Surveyors, we add value by offering advice on design, specification and cost of both passive and active fire protection measures needed to achieve compliance.

We also have an extensive list of suppliers and competent contractors with whom we have built excellent working relationships; we can oversee their procurement and management on behalf of clients.
