Services include weekly site inspections and reports, attendance at monthly client progress meetings and at 'countdown' meetings during the 12 week lead-in to handover. Snagging, desnagging and wtnessing testing and demonstrations of M & E installations.
Weald of Kent Grammar School Sevenoaks is the first new school providing grammar places in 50 years. The three storey Concrete Framed Structure is faced with a combination of a Brick Slips and Render section, providing general and specialist classrooms, a lecture theatre, main hall, dining hall and kitchen, a refurbished sports hall and associated facilities, a library, staff room and administration areas. Externally the playing field is shared with Trinty School Sevenoaks. Both schools have separate MUGA facilities
Regular site visits with the Main Contractor and reporting to the Client, resulted in the early resolution of issues raised. Coupled with previous experience on other Kent County Council Projects, assisted in the School being Handed Over on time and Snag Free.
