Project Description

The project included the successful transformation of a large derelict car garage site in Plumstead. The scheme included units for Shared Ownership, Affordable Rent and Key Worker accommodation. The build consisted of a underground car par with the development constructed off of the podium, therefore increasing the usable area throughout the estate.

Added Value

The project included a large mix of units with the site having great links to the local area which also featured wheelchair accessible plots, a large play/amenity area and city car club membership on site.
