Project Description

Coley Park is the development of 71 new build homes on a previously vacant brownfield site in Reading. The site comprises the redevelopment of redundant school land and is accessed via Coley Avenue via two Grade II listed gatehouses known as the East and West Lodges.

The development also provides new landscaping and open space including a new area of public open space for use by residents and the local community.
