Project Development

60 & 62 Ravensbourne Park are Grade II Listed Georgian Villas situated in the heart of Lewisham. The building is divided over three floors with extensive landscaped areas to the front and rear. The project involved the conversion, restoration and refurbishment of the existing buildings to provide new self-contained flats. 

The project required the use of historical building materials and techniques that had been agreed with the Conservation officer. The restoration of the external envelope, landscaping of the garden areas and a sensitive approach to materials and construction techniques has seen this property return to be a landmark in the local community.

Added Value

Our approach was to provide a project that not only met our Client’s vision, but was equally sympathetic to the conservation of the buildings architecture. Our co-ordinated approach and attention to detail, required close liaison with the Conservation and Building Control officers. We were able to provide creative solutions, which conserved the existing architecture, and provided quality accommodation.

There is nothing more satisfying than restoring a historic building.
