The scheme makes architecturally distinct, modern and spacious 3-bed, 2-bed and 1-bed houses accessible, as part of the Council’s wider commitment to provide exceptionally high-quality, affordable housing within the borough.

The project encountered numerous challenges with it being constructed during the COVID pandemic. Martin Arnold worked to ensure the collaborative spirit of all contractual parties was upheld throughout periods of diminishing labour and materials. The resultant slowed progress on site.
As one of their early flagship schemes within the borough, Martin Arnold supported Greenwich Council in the delivery of high-quality, accessible affordable housing with exceptional kerb appeal.
