Located in one of London’s most exciting locations, Martin Arnold carried out Project Management, Employer’s Agent and Cost Consultancy services on this fit-out project. This co-working environment is spread across 9 floors.

The project consisted of a high-end internal CAT A/B refurbishment with external enhancements. Works included stripping out the existing building, extensive refurbishment of the existing M&E plant, fire upgrade works, upgrade of toilet areas, window replacements, façade cleaning and external decorations. The internal fit out included a mixture of collaborative work spaces and member spaces including formal and informal meeting areas.

In keeping with the client’s innovative design, we worked with the design team to ensure that expectations were met from inception of the project right through to completion. The project had multiple design changes due to developing sub-lease tenant requirements, so we had to ensure these were integrated whilst ensuring the client’s concept design was retained.

We had a dedicated team working closely with the client to ensure all stakeholders received regular updates on aspects which were further discussed in monthly meetings.

We were able to successfully deliver on the client’s requirements whilst ensuring the quality and budget were achieved, all within a significantly challenging programme. 

Working with various stakeholders meant we had to respond to different objectives and adapt our method of working to ensure our client’s satisfaction. Our team worked with the client around the clock to deliver this collaborative workspace within budget and programme despite the various obstacles that were presented.
