Martin Arnold was commissioned to provide Employer’s Agent services for this project at 12 Moorgate.
The project included a fully coordinated CAT A/B design which was developed from shell & core status.
The project included a full strip out from basement to roof level and new services installed, including small power, lighting, BMS, fire detection system, date and security. All heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems were also upgraded throughout the building. A new open plan staircase was integrated into the design which required a complex structural opening to be formed at ground floor level.
Martin Arnold helped navigate this project to completion whilst ensuring all lease obligations were met and financial targets were achieved in conjunction with the construction programme.
