Ross Hailey

Ross joined the practice in 2002, qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2005, and became a Director in 2013. He is an Incorporated Member of the Association for Project Safety, providing vital Health & Safety advice.
Ross works in the education and commercial sectors and has a specialist understanding of the residential sector, particularly on high-rise building refurbishments and Building Safety. He is also a qualified BIM Manager with accreditation from the RICS.
Ross leads on Martin Arnold’s specialist Building Safety teams (including Project Management and Architectural Design management) to resolve many complex Building Safety related projects. Ross also leads our Architectural team on development opportunities for complex sites.
Ross provides specialist contract management procurement for large refurbishment projects, including large scale estate transformations, and leads on all of our commercial fit out projects.
