Janice joined the practice in 2016 and has 13 years’ experience in a HR role. Janice has a good working knowledge of the business and its aims and will pitch in whenever necessary to ensure the company operates smoothly.
Janice manages HR information discreetly and professionally. She has a sound understanding of the principles of good HR practice and knowledge of employment law. She provides an efficient, effective and customer focussed HR service which supports all aspects of an employee’s relationship and engagement with the company.
Janice is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. She also holds a Certificate as a Mental Health First Aider with MFHA England. She is a dedicated HR professional who applies her HR & and business knowledge to assist with the management of the overall HR operation and delivery of strategic objectives.
