Our People

Emma is Martin Arnold’s Bid Manager. Having worked both contractor and consultancy-side, Emma has a strong knowledge of some of the opportunities and challenges of public procurement and since joining the practice in 2023, has played a key role in shaping and refining our bid processes. Emma manages the entire bid process from the initial bid/no bid stage through to final submission.

Emma also supports with the development of content for our publications including writing for our newsletters, capability statements and websites.

Emma is noted for her ability to coordinate bid project teams, deliver high quality work within tight timescales and develop her technical knowledge.
