Chris joined the practice in 2004 and qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in 2009. He became a Director in 2014 and leads our Quantity Surveying and Cost Consultancy services. Chris has significant experience in a number of different sectors including residential, education, commercial and healthcare.
Having expanded the range and quality of the Quantity Surveying services offered by Martin Arnold, Chris is a specialist in best value procurement, development appraisal viability, and early-stage project delivery advice.
Chris and his team provide essential support and advice on cost management and procurement for large, new build developments, providing services directly to a range of clients.
