Martin Arnold always strive to support the communities we work in. As part of this commitment, we recently volunteered our time to The Felix Project, a charity whose goal is to fight food waste and hunger. With four depots across London, The Felix Project redistributes surplus food from 539 suppliers to front-line charities, primary schools and holiday programmes. The project ensures that vulnerable people, the homeless, those suffering from poor mental health and individuals who cannot afford to buy healthy food, don’t go hungry.
Our team spent half a day picking food items for orders and packaging up crates, ready for them to be distributed to a wide range of organisations across London – a very rewarding experience.
