Martin Arnold have been actively inspecting building safety components on many different types of buildings for many years. Following Government and RICS guidance, we’ve developed a three-phased approach to External Wall Investigation, which includes an initial desktop review, intrusive inspection, and feasibility assessments for replacement.
Our team – which includes Chartered Building Surveyors, Technical Managers, Principal Designers and Architects – designs and specifies cladding remediation that complies with current legislation and regulations. As Designers, Contract Administrators, Building Regulations Principal Designers, CDM professionals and Clerks of Works we take care of the whole process from planning application (Gateway 1) and Building Control Submission (Gateway 2), procurement advice and tendering, through to managing the works on site and completion (Gateway 3).
Together, these team members ensure the creation of a Golden Thread of building information.
