Understanding the programme through the design and construction stages is essential for our clients so that they are able to make informed business decisions. To support our clients, we use our experience and expertise to interrogate programmes and forecast delivery timeframes, and provide reasoned advice for them to make their decisions. We analyse and predict where delays might occur at all stages through the construction process, offering advice on what might be desired, what might be achievable and what is realistic.
We highlight programme risks and manage and mitigate them wherever possible and where they are unavoidable we track, manage and monitor them to keep our clients updated on progress.
